1. Agreement to Terms

By using our web application, Learn, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Learn is a study platform designed to help users organize their learning materials, create notes, test their knowledge with quizzes, and manage their study schedule. The service stores user-created data in the browser's local storage, and uses a secure authentication service by Google for user authentication purposes only.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account.
• You are responsible for the content you create and store within the application. Since all data is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for its backup and security.
• You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Intellectual Property

The application and its original content (excluding data created by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Learn and its licensors. You retain full ownership of the data you create and store locally.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. You can terminate your account at any time via the settings page, which will result in the permanent deletion of your authentication data.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
